My passion for wellness began watching my mom struggle with digestive issues and arthritis, and I knew I never wanted other women to feel trapped by their bodies. That experience sparked my passion to help women move freely, feel vibrant, and regain confidence from the inside out.
My journey began with opening a SPIN® and studio in 2010, then expanded into fitness bootcamps, barre, yoga, paddleboard fitness, and nutrition workshops. Over the years, I’ve coached countless women through the ups and downs of midlife wellness—and I’ve learned this: it’s not about doing more, it’s about doing what works for you.
That’s why I created IN-MotioN VIBE—my own wellness app designed specifically for women 40+. Based on my signature VIBE Method, inside, you’ll find workouts, yoga flows, mindset tools, and guidance to help you feel strong, energized, and confident on your own terms.
